Hi, I’m Robyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in New York and Connecticut (self-pay only in CT). I bring over 8 years of clinical experience and a deeply human approach that meets you where you are, without judgment or pressure to “perform healing.”
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, high-functioning burnout, life transitions, and the quiet weight of perfectionism. My clients are often those who seem put-together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Together, we untangle that gap.
My therapy style is warm, grounded, and strategic. Session with me are both reflective and restorative. Expect a balance of deep conversation, guided insight, and measurable tools that help you actually feel better, not just understand yourself better.
This isn’t about surface talk. It’s about rewiring the story you tell yourself—so you can step into who you actually are. You'll leave sessions with more than awareness, but strategies, structure, and a renewed sense of connection with yourself and the world around you.
