Payment & Info

Insurance

I currently accept several major insurance plans in New York: Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna to name a few. Insurance coverage varies by plan, and session rates are determined directly through your insurance provider.

Self-Pay

In addition to insurance, I also accept self-pay for all clients. For clients located in Connecticut, self-pay is the only option at this time.
Payment is due at the time of session and can be made securely via credit or debit card.
All major cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Limited sliding scale options are available on a case-by-case basis for those experiencing financial hardship.

I also may provide superbills for self-pay clients who wish to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. This policy helps maintain consistency and respect for your time, my time, and other clients waiting for availability.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs of services. You’ll receive this prior to your first session so you can make fully informed decisions about your care. Learn More about the No Surprises Act here.
